This could be detrimental to slow down your operations. What’s not said when signing up, it will take 6 months to 2 years to implement most of the features described above. You also need to dedicate some time weekly to update and operate this system.

Another major issue is the “multiple tickets per customer” feature. The new update puts all the tickets in one place, which is great for the customer but requires you to go through them all to find the right one.

The time tracker is not integrated with invoicing, so if you want to track time on an invoice, you must manually add it as a separate line item. This can be frustrating because sometimes multiple calls/services are performed for one invoice, and if you want to track your time against each call separately, you’ll have to add them all individually.

When syncing with Quickbooks there are many concerns on the information that is listed on the invoice in Quickbooks. Line item detail is vague and individual charges are sometimes lumped together into one line item when viewing the invoice in Quickbooks.

This program is a very large program that is designed to be used for companies at least $6-8 million and above. It’s expensive and takes many hours to set up and train on.
